A teenage girl of 16 years named Allison Smith drove up with her parents to Whiskey Run Ranch in her parents f-250 pulling a two horse trailer with a horse named Champ in the back. Allison what here to board, she had just moved to the house next to her best friend Alicia Roberts, and they both owned horses, but Alicia was boarding at Blue Moon Stables, while she was boarding here.
When the truck stopped Allison followed her mother out of the car and went to get Champ out of the trailer. It was a small slant trailer that could only hold two horses. Champ was a bay Quarter Horse who she got from a camp down in Georgia because they where getting some new horses, and they wanted Allison to have Champ.
Leading Champ out of the trailer, Allison started to walk him around so that way he could stretch his legs. It was not really a long ride, but he had just came from his old stables, and that was far from here. Still walking around she looked at the stables, it was nice and she was going to love it here.

Todd had just thrown a flake of hay into the end stall when he heard a truck roll down the barn driveway. Walking out of the stall he looked to the end of the barn and saw the f-250 parked with a 2 horse trailer on the end of it. It was almost five o'clock and Todd was just about to bring in the horses for feeding time. He had already hayed the outside horses and was about to bring the ones who came in for grain. Todd had alot of extra horses out in the field. Because he would buy horses that were either green broke or needed just a little bit of work, and then he would sell them for more money. Some people say that this is called horse trading. But for Todd this was his career. Most Horse traders were skum bags who didnt take care of their horses. Todd took excellent care of his horses and was a very respected man among this town.
He walked to the other end of the barn and greeted the parents who got out of the truck. "Well hey there, I'm Todd Mcoy. I'm owner of this ranch. How can I help you" He spoke with his southern accents. He smiled into their direction as well.

Looking at her watch, Allison noticed that it was five o'clock and that it would be time for feeding around here, as told by many who she had talked about for this place. "Oh, yes Mr. Mcoy. I am sorry for coming this late, but I was just coming home from a meet, and we did not realized the time. But, my parents, Mr. Smith, my dad called the other day about boarding here." Allison said to the man. His southern accent was nice, not a lot of people had it where she came from, so it felt nice, a little bit of the south was here. Her horse Champ, whom she was holding had came from Georgia and he had been staying in her back yard in a small stables, but he could not stay there all his life though. Her parents had already stepped out of the car and they were standing right next to Allison.

Todd watched the girl as she spoke, paying attention to her eyes. Then he glanced around to see the parents who were standing next to the girl. He smiled at them. After hearing the girls words he smiled and began to speak. Oh I remember now He paused and looked to the father, whos name was Mr.Smith. I remember talking to you, Im sorry I have been really busy around here.He laughed slightly. You can pick any stall you want, What was your name again? He asked the girl.
He turned toward the barn and started walking down it. He kicked up dust as he walked down the isle way. He looked into each empty stall to make sure they were clean and had a flake of hay as well as two full water buckets. He nodded at each one of them. Turning around he signaled the family to bring the horse in and pick a stall.
